Dadeland Mall announces new

BY SASHA KEYNE

Dadeland Mall, Miami-Dade County's No. 1 shopping destination, has added a number of exciting new tenants to its powerhouse lineup and longer hours for shoppers to enjoy the stores.

L'Occitane opened in December 1999 in the west mall next to Battaglia Shoes. Provence, France is the source of all the essential oils and natural ingredients used to make L'Occitane cosmetics and beauty products. The line includes skin care, bath and body products, fragrances, make-up, men's products, hair care treatments, soaps and an extensive home collection.

Another hip addition to the west mall roster is Flirt, now open next to Saks Fifth Avenue. This is the place for trendy, name-brand women's fashions, including career, casual and evening wear. All the hottest new styles from Europe are available in sizes 2 through 8.

Optical Elements also has opened next to Saks, with the latest in designer eyewear. The selection of frames and super accessories is awesome, including sexy sunglasses sure to get second looks on Ocean Drive or Lincoln Road.

Meanwhile, shoppers looking for retail favorites such as Alice's Day Off and Radio Shack will find they've both moved to spacious new locations in the east mall next to JCPenney.
Finally, Dadeland Mall features two exciting new kiosks. At the mall's main entrance, Todd's Tickets gives visitors the opportunity to purchase tickets to theater, concert and sports events nationwide. Prime, front-row seats are available, as are tickets to sold-out events. Additionally, a new Warner Bros. kiosk has set up shop in front of Victoria's Secret. It's the only Warner Bros. kiosk in the country, and shoppers will find a huge selection of fashions, accessories, housewares, gifts, toys, videos, CDs and specialty items that allow fans to bring home all their favorite Warner Bros. characters.

For added shopping convenience, mall hours have been extended as follows:

Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-9:30 p.m.; Sunday, noon-7 p.m. The mall had previously been open until 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 5:30 p.m. on Sundays.
