Coral Gables Hospital earns award for best turnaround

Coral Gables Hospital has received the "Best Hospital Turnaround" Award from Florida Medical Business, Florida's first and foremost health business newspaper. This award recognizes the improvements that Coral Gables Hospital has shown during the past year.

Coral Gables Hospital received the award because its growth and development has caused a considerable impact on the surrounding community. In addition, the healthcare services delivered at the facility have achieved a higher quality and are more cost-effective, while the hospital has demonstrated improved economic and financial savvy. Coral Gables Hospital has been recognized, over the past year, for excellence by both the local and healthcare community.

In the healthcare industry, the Florida Medical Business Healthcare Awards are the only ones that show peer recognition of the individual sectors of the industry.
