Pinnacle, the newest sensation to hit the shores of Sunny Isles Beach, has been named winner of this year's International Furnishings and Design Association's prestigious "Diamante Award." The announcement was made at the 1999 Night of the Stars gala held at the Design Center of the Americas in Hollywood, FL. The award was presented to Howard Snoweiss of Howard Snoweiss Design Group, who won in the commercial/hospitality category for his design of Pinnacle's public spaces. These include Pinnacle's grand two-story lobby and the mezzanine-level club, game, cigar lounge and spa/health club facilities as well as Pinnacle's outdoor pool deck overlooking the ocean. The award is a testament to the singular beauty of Pinnacle, which has been hailed as a masterpiece of contemporary architecture and design. The warmth and elegance of Snoweiss's public areas serve as a perfect complement to the Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership's avant-garde architecture, which features four adjoining towers of graduated height that punctuate the skyline to create a roofscape of giant steps. Now more than 90% sold, Pinnacle was recently named the No. 1 condominium project in Miami-Dade by the Daily Business Review citing the tower's sales at an average of price of $500,000 per unit. Only 18 residences remain available, priced from $400,000 to $650,000 with 3 bedrooms/3 baths. Each of these residences boasts a flow-through/see-through floor plan featuring two balconies for ocean and Intracoastal views. Five new model residences are now available for public viewing Mon. through Fri. from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sat. and Sun. from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For further information, visit the Pinnacle sales and model center located at l7555 Collins Avenue, or call (305) 692-8500. |
