By Ron Beasley

Villa Marina, the latest tower on 82-acre Williams Island, has new condominium apartments available for immediate occupancy, including elaborate penthouses and turnkey packages featuring designer-furnished models. Prices range from $324,000 to $2.1 million.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Michael Goldstein, said that Villa Marina has "picture perfect vistas of the north mariina, Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. The two- to four-bedroom apartments - and lavish penthouses - have expansive living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, baths and bountiful walk-in closets. Spanning 1,600 to 5,000 square feet, a great selection of creatively-conceived floor plans provide purchasers with variety, beauty, function and convenience."

Goldstein said that Villa Marina was developed to provide prospective residents with the most complete range of lifestyle alternatives possible and it has generated a favorable response as both a primary and vacation home.

"These luxurious marina residences won't last long so I encourage prospective buyers to act quickly in order to enjoy the remainder of the South Florida season in the clegant style that is synonymous with Williams Island," he pointed out.

ln addition to offering these residences at Villa Marina, there are a select number of new apartments available at Residence du Cap as the tower moves towards a sell-out. Furthermore, reservations are being accepted for hotel suites and luxury condominiums at the new, five-star Williams Island Ocean Resort & Residences on the ocean at 178th Street and Collins Avenue.

Those who opt for a Williams Island membership enjoy a lifestyle complemented by an array of recreational, sports and social facilities, activities and services on the island, ocean beach club, and at Williams Island Country Club.
